FIVE STEPS FOR A SUCESSFUL START

1. MEET YOUR AREA SALES MANAGER

The contact information for your Area Sales Manager is included on this website, but expect that he/she will be getting in touch with you soon. This is your best resource for learning how 360 Yield Center can grow and support your business. Your Area Sales Manager can help you understand the current penetration of 360 products in your market area and begin to develop a 360 Business Plan with you.

2. GET FIELD EXPERIENCE WITH 360 Y-DROP AND 360 UNDERCOVER

The peak mid-season application is just weeks away, so now is a critical time to get your sprayer specialist and parts manager exposed to the products. Ideally, work with your 360 Area Sales Manager and parts manager to spec out a sprayer and set up a test site. Last season, tests comparing 360 Y-DROP to traditional application methods generated, on average, a 13.8 bpa increase in corn yields. Use this nearby window to gain experience and confidence in the product.

3. PARTICIPATE IN THE JOHN DEERE DEALER KICK-OFF EVENT

On July 26, we will host a kick-off event at our offices in Morton, Illinois exclusively for John Deere dealers. This will be your first opportunity to meet our team, learn about our approach to nutrition utilization, and "test drive" our products. We will make some time to head out for some in-field demonstrations, too.

4. PROVIDE BACKGROUND ON 360 YIELD CENTER TO YOUR STAFF

Here is an open letter to John Deere dealer staff from our founder, Gregg Sauder. Sharing this with your staff may help them understand more how Deere and 360 will be working together to support their customers. The best way for your team to understand the purpose and function of the 360 nitrogen products is by viewing the product and training videos. Here is a link to that library.

5. BRING YOUR BEST CUSTOMERS TO PROVING GROUNDS 2016

The absolute best way to understand how we approach the market and develop products to solve nitrogen problems is to attend our annual field day, which we call Proving Grounds. The event attracts over 2,000 of the best corn producers from 24 states and three or four countries and is a true hands-on nitrogen education workshop. There are four, free one day events - August 9, 10, 11 and 12. Sales professionals have great success by loading up three or four key prospects and driving or flying in to the event. We work hard to make sure we have demonstrated the value of self propelled sprayers and our application products before we send them home.
